We got our bathroom redone and waterproofed by Pro Renovations Ireland and honestly, it was the best experience we've ever had with any company from start to finish.
The work itself came out great, you can tell they know what they’re doing, and everything was done in around 10 days which we were happy with. But what stood out the most wasn’t even just the work, it was the way they treated us with respect.
Chris and the team (Derrick, Barry and Connor) were genuinely so patient and respectful. We had a lot of questions and kept bringing up little things here and there, and not once did they seem annoyed or rush us. They actually listened, took everything on board, and tried their best to accommodate whatever we asked which is very rare.
You don’t always get that with people working in your house, but these guys were just easy to deal with the whole time. Proper good people, very humble, and professional without making it feel stiff or uncomfortable.
Overall, really happy with everything and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for bathroom remodelling.
It was a pleasure dealing with Pro Renovations who recently renovated our bathroom. I sent Chris an AI Image of what I wanted, and he made it happen with ease. It was a pleasure dealing with Con, Dobs and Barry who had a smile for my 3 year old every morning at 8.30am on the dot. Everything was finished to such a high standard. Chris's team is a credit to him.

I contacted Pro Renovations a couple of weeks ago for a full bathroom renovation. I was asked to leave me details with Chris and he would come back to me the following week, he never did. When I called again he gave me an appointment for a home visit to look at the work to be done. So I took time off from work for the appointment, Chris never turned up..I tried to call again to find out what was happening. He never answered his phone..

We don't live in Limerick so the advantage of having a builder we could trust made everything hassle free. He gave us so much help and advice every step of the way and even chose the colour scheme for us. They left everything spotless. We don't live in Limerick so the advantage of having a builder we could trust made everything hassle free. I am pleased to recommend this contractor and his team. They built a highly specialised downstairs bathroom adapted for disabled use and also carried out all the preparatory work for my new kitchen. I first came across Chris some five years ago when he did a full main bathroom renovation for me and at the time he and his team did a fantastic job and I never had any issues with his work in the meantime. More recently I contacted Chris again to replace a bath shower unit with a full walk in shower and we are extremely happy with the finished product. My experience with Pro Renovations on both occasions has been totally positive and I feel that they really know what they are about and are both friendly and professional. I was very happy with the work Chris and the team did for us on 2 bathrooms and other bits of work around the house. I found them very quick, very nice to deal with and everything was completed to a high standard. Chris was available for any follow up queries and I would definitely use them again.
