I highly recommend PRS! I had called a few other places and none of them call me back except for PRS. They were able to quickly schedule a date to come and do the estimate, Eric took his time to explain everything about Radon and what the system does. Got the quote the next day, the installation was overall smooth except we had to find another location to drill the hole. Both Brandon and Sean were very professional, they did a nice work with the install.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The diagnostic work was thorough, and he took the time to clearly explain the entire process so I fully understood what was being done and why. That level of transparency really stood out. The quality of the work exceeded expectations, and everything was handled professionally and efficiently. This company is awesome! From the very start speaking to Tanya, who answered all my questions and also did a great job scheduling our installation. She is very friendly and knows how to make a customer feel comfortable and confident with their company. The owner impressed me when he first came out to quote the job. He was able to tell me what was directly above on the floor above, just from seeing it one time. It was like he could see through the flooring and walls. We recently found out we have radon. Our beautiful home would now have this unsightly pipe running from underground all the way through our roof. This was something we were not looking forward to. Today, Alex and Sean to install our radon mitigation system. Alex text me to let me know that they were on their way and arrived. Both gentlemen were very professional, respectful of me, and our property. I like to ask a lot of questions just because I'm curious. Both young gentleman were able to answer my questions without being condescending. Which sometimes happens when younger people speak to older people. Both these gentlemen were very knowledgeable. The work they did is absolutely beautiful. In addition, once the job was completed, the job site was spotless. I highly recommend using Professional Radon Systems, Inc. If you've never tested for Radon in your home I strongly suggest you get it tested. We were shocked to find out that we had radon.
