Pro Playground's Rep, Kevin Walther, has been great. Because of a storm, we needed to replace one piece of shade fabric, along with the cables and glide elbows. The only issue that I (personally) had with the situation is we not only have to pay the cost (almost $5500), but we have to also pay to get someone to come and do the work. That will require renting special equipment, etc. For a non-profit, that's a lot of money.
We hired Pro Playgrounds to install a shade structure for us. As a community organization, it can be difficult to make everything line up, but Pro Playgrounds did an excellent job meeting our needs.
I would highly recommend Pro Playgrounds if you have any sort of shade structure or playground needs. They are a breeze to work with and have great communication!

The process was easy and I was always provided help when needed. They always asked how they could help me in making a purchase decision. The only opinion I have is to ask how the freight will be delivered. I had no idea and didn't know what to expect. Other than that, the company was great to work with and I would purchase from them again in the future.
Needed to refurbish an older playground in our church courtyard (Central Baptist in Melbourne, FL). Researched the previous install and found it was originally provided by Pro Playgrounds. A call put me in touch with Samantha Roche, who arrived onsite and assessed our needs. Samantha was a joy to work with and exceeded my expectations. Initially, we were interested in a rubber mulch product for our toddler area. Samantha worked up a reasonable quote and ALSO assessed the condition of our older child area, which had some aging metal structure. Through her diligence and research, she was able to locate replacement parts AND cover the cost under warranty (was not expecting this). Thanks Samantha and Pro Playgrounds for your outstanding support throughout this entire project. We will not hesitate to contact you with any further needs or expansion. Definitely five stars!!
