We purchased engineered wood fiber for a project, and Laura and Pro Playgrounds made the entire process simple and easy from start to finish. This company nailed all aspects of what you should expect when making a big purchase. Even though there were many distributors selling the same product Pro Playgrounds came in with the best price. Beyond pricing I can't imagine any other company has better customer service either. My phone calls were always returned and emails answered. There were some small issues with the trucking company and manufacturer (out of pro playgrounds hands) but Chet resolved those issues quickly and made sure that I will be a repeat customer. Keep up the good work;)
