We used Pro Playgrounds for a couple of shade structures at our park pool and had a great experience from start to finish. They were very responsive from the beginning, answered all of our questions, and were extremely helpful throughout the process. Even when our team fell behind on a few things, they followed up consistently (without being pushy) and kept communication clear the whole way through. On top of that, their pricing was the best out of all the companies we looked at. I’d definitely recommend them for any shade structure projects.

The person I dealt with was VERY NICE! I only gave 3 stars because their process is slow and very odd. You go online and put things in your cart, but then you have to request a "quote", then once you get that you have to "accept" it (which takes a few days), but that did not actually order it. Then a few more days pass and I get an email asking if I was ready for the next step (ordering) and I said I thought I did when I accepted the quote. Then you have to pay, then they send you a receipt and then you have to digitally sign the order. Then when package was delivered, the delivery company put it in our building when we were told we would need a forklift to unload it, but the driver did it himself. Very confusing and such a long process. It would be much smoother and quicker if I could just put items in my cart, go to check out and pay with my credit card... Done!

Samantha guided us through every step — from layout and design to color selection and scheduling — making the process smooth and stress-free. Our equipment is currently in transport, and we’re already very pleased with how well everything has been handled.
