Kai and Devin came out to clean the gutters and pressure wash the roof on our 2 story home, and they truly exceeded our expectations. They were professional, hardworking, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered our questions with patience, and handled a big job like this with skill, care, and confidence.
The results were amazing. Our roof, solar panels, and gutters looked absolutely spotless when they were finished, and the attention to detail was impressive. It’s clear this team takes real pride in their work and cares about doing the job right.

I'm very happy with the skill and professionalism of the workers and the entire experience. I have piece of mind that my roof is in good condition and is well-maintained due to their inspection and cleaning. This is very important as our roof is a key component of our water collection/storage system. They also cleaned most of our facia board/trim, which was very nice, so the whole house looks much better.

From the bid process to the final result Property Wash in Paradise were true professionals. Not only were they affordably and reasonably priced, but they performed flawlessly on quite a large job. Our metal roofs literally look like they were just painted, the siding was as clean as we've ever seen, and the concrete was bright again. Cannot recommend Property Wash in Paradise enough. They are our go-to for all soft-wash and power-wash jobs!

We will definitely be back for their many other services - it is so great to be able to recommend such a professional local kine business with big Aloha for their customers. They were more than fair on their bid to clean our gutters - and we had some nasty gutters full of tephra and other organic debris.
