Caleb and his crew got our Association all cleaned up and we appreciate the professionalism and communication during the project. Can't wait to use them again.
Caleb does a fantastic job of pressure washing and is always so conscientious when it comes to properties that have catchment tanks. Some companies simply do not care what they do to their customers' water supplies, but Caleb is always very careful to protect this precious resource. His prices are very fair and his work is exceptional. You'll not be dissatisfied with Property Wash in Paradise!
I recently had them back to pressure wash and paint also. Devin did the pressure washing and he did a very thorough job. Poha did the rust treatment and painting. The prep was great and they were careful to disconnect the downspouts so my catchment would not get contaminated. I so appreciate this because i know first hand that so many companies simply do not care. The roof looks brand new now!!

Devon did a great job cleaning my gutters and roof and even cleaned the cement pad near my stairs because it was slippery and he didn’t want me to fall. He was punctual, pleasant and kind. The price was very reasonable and I’d recommend this company.

Our roof was fading and our solar panels were getting covered with moss. We had it cleaned before, but the result was marginal. It left me a bit skeptical. I happened to see good reviews about Property Wash in Paradise, I gave them a call. Caleb soon responded with an estimate. Before we committed to the roof painted we waited to see, how well the solar panels would be cleaned. We were pleasantly surprised and moved ahead with the painting was well. Caleb did a splendid job!
