Paying £89 a year is worth it I have three SPVs, and keeping track of the confirmation statement deadlines for each was turning into a real headache. I handed everything over to Property SPV, and now they just take care of it. I get a reminder, they file, and that’s it. Paying £89 a year is worth it.
