My wife and I started a real estate business and we were introduced to Property Rush. After comparing Property Rush to other property management companies we quickly found out that the better service, communication and partnership was with BJ (Owner) and his Property Rush company. I have been to his office several times and met the staff as well as viewed properties with them. I am looking forward to my next purchase with them.

Paid an application fee and completed the full application process, including employment verification, only to be told a week later that the unit was taken off the market. I was then offered another unit, but when I asked about parking for my household’s 3 cars, I received inconsistent answers for hours. I was repeatedly told it would be fine, only to later be told it wouldn’t work. This information was known during the application process, so the lack of clarity and communication was very frustrating.

We have also experienced issues with the deadbolt locks that we purchased for showings and will be replacing them due to the issues we have had with access. These people at property rush don't care about fixing things that breaks it took them 2 weeks to fix our heat the garage and basement floods and it took 8 months to get them to fix it we are now living with black mold so do not rent the house at 948 east valley drive Rossville Georgia its falling apart these people are rude and dont care also the windows need replacing some dint shut completely and most of them you cant not even lock the back yard floods badly the floors are coming up in the kitchen DO NOT rent this place or any other place from property rush. They do not offer well maintenance homes. Wish I had never rented from them..They also did not clean the outside from the previous people my dog would go under the porch and on several occasions
My dog would go under porch and bring things out one time it was a needle a knife the was pieces of wood with nails sticking out..STAY AWAY FROM PROPERTY RUSH RENTAL

This tenancy ended in a court-ordered eviction for non-payment of rent. During the lease, all maintenance requests were processed through our documented work order system and addressed accordingly. On multiple occasions our vendors were turned away and were not allowed inside even though people were in the home. At turnover, the property required extensive repairs due to damage and condition beyond normal wear and tear. Not to mention the amount of trash left behind and the deep clean required once we finally gained access to the home.
Property Rush maintains detailed service records and inspection documentation for every home we manage. We stand behind our maintenance standards and our commitment to providing safe, professionally managed housing.
We encourage prospective residents to consider the full context of any review.

Great experience a few days ago as I requested maintenance on our air conditioning unit. The unit was not working properly… the HVAC company responded promptly and the unit was fixed the same day! Very pleased with the service and fast response!!

If you don't want to be scammed, DON'T RENT WITH PROPERTY RUSH, I made sure to clean everything before leaving and my husband took care of painting the walls the same color they had, and they don't want to give me back my deposit, they only sent an email, they don't answer my husband's calls and they blocked my number, they just don't want to show their face, I always made my payments on time, I would never rent with them again and I'll tell everyone not to do it either
