I moved into this building about a month ago and unfortunately I still do not have access to the locker included in my lease.
I have sent multiple emails, made several phone calls, and even tried to locate the locker with the concierge and security staff without success.
I was initially given the wrong locker number and I was never provided the key for the padlock.
I hope management resolves this issue quickly as it has been ongoing for several weeks.

They (PMT) will do renos on your property without approval. Their justification is that if you do not respond to their email within 5 days they will go forward with it! This was also sent during a time when I was closing on another property and moving. I was referred by my partner who even spoke to Tyson (PMT) the first week of my contract saying the unit would be rented as is. To make matters worse, their renovation email was sent after my partner spoke to Tyson.
Their list of renos is ludicrous including a loose thread of carpet by my bathroom door and paint scratch damage on a laundry door which btw was not even fixed and I am being charged for it. I went into my unit 07feb2026, a few days after they provided the list of completed renos and the laundry door was not even fixed, see attached photo. They simply keep reiterating the charges will stay on my account. First time using them and I would not recommend at all.
Highly Unprofessional – Proceed with Caution!!
I strongly advise property owners to look elsewhere for management. Since terminating our agreement, this company has been consistently difficult to work with.
Contract Violations: They are currently holding onto funds with no legal or contractual basis.
Missing Documentation: They have failed to provide the necessary tax documents and records required for my filings.
Unresponsive: Communication has completely stalled; they do not acknowledge inquiries or resolve outstanding issues.

Just signed a lease through them. Don't know much about them yet, but they've been pretty timely and friendly with the communication so far. My real estate agent Alyanna Magat was also an excellent communicator and did everything I could have hoped for quickly.
I enjoyed my experience working with Maral to lease a unit managed by PMT. She was responsive, even during the holiday season, and her instructions in terms of documentation were always clear and easy to follow. I would be happy to work with Maral and PMT again in the future.
This review summarizes my experience with Property Management Toronto (PMT).
My apartment remained vacant for approximately six months while PMT was responsible for marketing and leasing the unit. Ultimately, I had to step in myself, host an open house, and attract prospective tenants. Several interested applicants attended, and I referred four to five potential tenants to PMT for screening and lease execution.
To her credit, Maral made a genuine effort to move the process forward and was responsive during this stage. For her individual efforts, she deserves a lot of recognition.
Despite this, PMT charged a full month’s rent as a leasing fee, even though I effectively sourced the tenant myself. Additionally, PMT did not provide me with copies of the tenant’s application or related documentation for my records.
With respect to maintenance, PMT quoted approximately $15,000 to install new flooring—work that I ultimately completed for under $5,000. Based on this experience, I would not recommend relying on PMT for repairs or project management.
I was also charged for a “deep clean” to prepare the unit for showings. However, when I arrived to host the open house, the unit was visibly dirty, with dead insects still present following prior pest treatment. This likely contributed to the prolonged vacancy.
In total, the extended vacancy resulted in over $12,000 in lost rental income. Based on my experience, PMT has been the most costly property management company in spite of their cheap monthly fee.
