I had Alejandro clean my driveway and sidewalk last week and a backyard sidewalk and patio this week. He went beyond my expectations on both visits. This young man gives exceptional service and I highly recommend him and his company, you won't be disappointed!

Our experience with Alejandro ("Alex", as he said we could call him as a nickname!) has been MOST pleasant! We hired him to clean the mold off of the vinyl siding on the back of our house (the front is brick!) and the mold off of the stairs and railing leading up to the deck. The vinyl siding as well as the stairs and railing now looks GREAT! (MUCH better than we could have done! ... and we have tried!) He took the initiative, on his own, to go beyond our request by power-washing the concrete patio below the upper-level deck, at no extra charge! Everything Alejandro did was done in a professional and THOROUGH manner, and we HIGHLY recommend his Exterior Property Care! We are very impressed with his work ethic/philosophy, and we would very much like Alejandro to keep in touch with us!
