I initially contacted Proper Advice as an enquiry for a remortgage. After all the figures came back affordable, we decided to go ahead. The process was quick, easy with excellent communication. Most of the process was via an app/portal. When I had questions it took at least 24hrs to be answered. The whole process took around 3 to 4 weeks. Very happy customers. Thank you all.

Cant recommend Proper Advice enough. Dan and Nicole have been absolutely brilliant throughout the whole experience. Constant communication back and forward, always answer the phone or get back to you straight away. Updates every month if there has been any better mortgage deals that they will switch to. Got me a very good deal on top of all this and took out all of the hassle of remortgaging and got my finances handled perfectly. I now recommend proper advice especially Nicole and Dan to everyone now very friendly and professional. It was pleasure dealing with yous.
