My experience with Jack and Cuan at Propell Property has been nothing but amazing! As a first time investor the world of investing in property is very new to me and I had no idea where to start from trying to select a property location to the process of actually buying a place. Jack and Cuan were always just a phone call or message away ready to answer my questions and run numbers when it came to crunch time. Jack done amazing at negotiating a deal on a property that ticked all the boxes. Amazingly it has increased in value just 3 weeks post settlement! Jack has been just as supportive following settlement of the property navigating tenancy questions, nothing is every a bother for him. I can strongly recommend Propell Property and the team. Michael and his crew are brilliant. I dont know much about property, but did want to invest in a buy to let. Im now building my 2nd new home through Propell. Theyre super-pro-active and their customer service is great. When i began my journey with them, they created a whatsapp group chat that included their whole team and my mortgage advisor, making it easier to talk about news, updates, things that need signing and documentation. Meaning i can crack on with my day job and they ping me when they need me. Highly recommend Mike, Jayden and the crew!

Right from the start everyone has been so accommodating and positive. A few small niggles in the road but the team would take care of it. Always happy to help whenever and to organise a catch up at their office or your home. Both Jayden, Michael and Cuan have been nothing short of outstanding, positive and helpful.
