No hesitation recommending this crew Excellent communication from Antonio leading up to our booking, who kept us in the loop every step, even when our goal posts moved, nothing was an issue. We had time pressure so had five guys looking after us - T, Faizzy, Ice, Chris, Erima & Rohit - They were all absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. They handled our items with outmost respect and care & the manners on these guys was next level. By far this was the best moving experience we've ever had. No stress, fair price, on time, efficient, great banter, exceptional manners. Thanks to everyone for making what is usually a stressful situation, stress free. Semanie & Lawrence

Antonio and his crew were very accommodating and flexible for our move as we decided to change dates days before due to bad weather this weekend. Even on the day we ended up having to move more than what we expected which took us into the night. And he didn't complain at all. Great customer service and communication from this company which I highly recommend to anyone.

This past week we had a family emergency and needed to quickly packup the contents of a family member’s home in Orakei. We would like to give a big shout-out to Antonio and his team from PRONTO MOVERS. They were amazing. So easy to communicate with, so understanding, extremely professional and respectful. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Having limited time, not knowing the area (we’re from Aust) and being in the middle of a family crisis, we were very stressed. Antonio was kind, patient and so supportive. Please keep his contact details in mind when looking for a removalist. Highly recommend.

I had an unexpected urgent move to undertake within an extremely tight time frame. Antonio was incredible with his communication before, during and after and he went beyond my expectations to make the move happen. T and Chris were the best and worked quickly but carefully with the boxes and pieces of furniture. They even pushed the classic Fiat Bambina out of the garage and onto the road for my daughter! The care shown, their expertise, lively banter and calmness was greatly appreciated and I'll always use Pronto as a result of this experience. I can't recommend Antonio, T and Chris more highly.
