I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service from Promoworx. From start to finish, the communication was fantastic. Incredibly quick, friendly and professional. They were diligent throughout the whole process, kept everything moving smoothly, and made designing and producing the sign for our office completely hassle-free. Nandhu and Jazz in particular were absolutely terrific. Nothing felt like too much trouble, responses were always speedy, and you could tell they genuinely cared about getting everything right and making sure we were happy with the finished product. The whole experience exceeded my expectations, and the level of customer service really stood out. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that combines great work with genuinely excellent communication and service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Promoworx and will definitely be using them again in the future. A massive thank you to Nandhu, Jazz and the whole team!

Awful service from start to finish with promworx. The branding they create is all very basic. I wasn't happy with the end product and decided to use another company to redesign it. It ended up costing me only a fraction of what promoworx charged me which shows how overpriced they are. Wish I had gone elsewhere from the beginning. Through the grapevine, I heard that the owner knows nothing about branding and has no prior experience in it at all.
