Elijah and Bernabe were so incredibly professional and accommodating in assisting my former roommate's move-out process into their new space. My roommate had a last-minute scheduling change with their new landlord that required them to pick up their new apartment keys at the same time as their move-out appointment. So I ended up coordinating with my roommate, Elijah, and Barnabe to get my roommate's belongings successfully moved out.  Elijah and Bernabe made the entire process so easy, enjoyable, and fun. I was amazed that it took them only 30 minutes to move everything out to the truck successfully. My former roommate has an extensive vinyl record collection that they handled with the utmost care. Elijah and Bernabe were also so sweet and kind in accommodating my roommate's last-minute requests to pack loose items, and they even wrapped the hell out of my roommate's new mattress to protect it during the move. They also arrived early than expected. I will absolutely recommend Pro Movers to anyone I know who needs moving services in the future. As a matter of fact, I have potential new roommates moving in soon, and I intend on booking Elijah and Barnabe to help with their move. And when I move out soon, I'll definitely be giving Elijah and Bernabe a call. If Elijah and Bernabe assist you with your move, you absolutely need to tip them at least 50%. Their work ethic, skill set, and professionalism warrant more than that, but a 50% tip is the bare minimum they deserve.

completely unsatisfactory. sales staff not properly trained and did not disclose all fees. the movers had to load all my things onto a different truck and lost 3 boxes of my personal belongings. when I called customer service , they stated they did Not make a mistake trans my belongings and that there is not much they can do about it except filing a claim but not to expect getting things back. so I'm out about $3k. I highly recommend you use a different moving company

The move was fine and the staff was helpful BUT the movers took a picture of our credit card (which they asked for to pay for over the phone) and then fraudulently used our card for hundreds of dollars. We called and informed the company and they were helpful but it did not seem they took this very seriously. They contract individuals for moving so it seems like they don't know who all of their contractors are. While the company was apologetic, it is totally unacceptable for their employees to behave like this. They should really vet their contractors better and have a safer way to pay, rather than having their employees take a picture of the card.

Even without a follow-up call from the customer, we still proceeded to take action internally and the employee involved is no longer with our company. We scheduled a Saturday morning move with 2 movers. Both inexperienced and confused. The move should have taken 2 hours to pack, 1 hour driving and 2 hours for unloading. Budgeted for 5 hours and $50 tip if happy. I wasn't. After 3 hours and truck not packed correctly, I went out to see what the problem was. They had furniture still outside the truck and shaking their heads. I couldn't believe it but helped and tried to use this as a teaching lesson. I helped remove half the truck to load it correctly. After another hour and a half it was finally loaded. The lead mover said that he would credit me an hour because it would have taken at least 2 more to finish. When we arrived at new address they were careless with furniture and chips/scatches. When the last item was removed he called in the job. He said the bill was $1600 including overtime and wanted me to sign on his cracked up phone screen which I could not read. He asked for me to sign anyway. I refused and asked him to call supervisor (actually owner). I complained about the damages to items and that I had to lead in helping load the truck or another 2 hours, his response was, "We didn't ask you to help." I signed because they already had my debit card on file. I called the next day to complain about the condition of my furniture. Response was to fill out a form and would take 6 months to reconcile. A call came a few days later that a repair worker would come to fix things. He never came and no calls returned. They also lied about pricing. I gave them a "1". Because "0" was not an option. . Worse service ever. Please don't go through what I had to. Try a different service for your own well being. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Dishonest owner and sales reps no use.
