He went the extra mile and beyond as a sales agent: a) he addresses all our queries on the GLB promptly. b) when i asked if he could to let me test drive after office hours, he acceded and brought the car to my doorstep! Unheard of service! c) gave me prompt updates on the status of the date of delivery. d) on the day of delivery, he apologized for being abit later as he was running a fever. impressed by this level of commitment! will definitely use him again for buying cars. hidden gem in the wild wild west of Automobile Megamart.

Overall, would consider going again as it saves much trouble that I would expect from buying a car. Great help from Jordan! Went down to take a look after viewing some cars on their page. Initially was interested in a different car but got this in the end as it was a better choice. Jordan was patience to show us different cars within our expected range. The whole process from placing the deposit to getting the car was smooth and he was available to answer any questions. The quality of the car upon receiving it was very good as they had made sure to clean the interior and exterior. No bad surprises from the car as Jordan spoke honestly about its condition and we got a STA report to show.
