This company very quickly remedied an error they made in addressing and sending my order to my billing address rather than my shipping address. The person I contacted about the error was very empathetic to my circumstances. Now I know this company's customer service is as important to them as the quality of the products they sell, which in my case is the OcuSci Dry Eye Compress. This particular eye compress was recommended to me by my optometrist. Using it has assisted immensely with my dry eye problem and I have since gifted the product to others. To a person, they all have nothing but good things to say about this particular product.

When I use ProMed Eye Health eye drops and spray my eyes feel so much better with no loss of clarity like other brands did to me. They soothe and moisturize my eyes. I use them when I have been outside for a long period of time on a windy or dusty day. The golf course for instance. I also apply their drops before bed every night. I am 70 years old and my doctor says I have dry eye syndrome. He highly recommended me to put drops in my eyes on a regular basis, so I do. The best thing I could have done for my eye health. Went into promed eye health as i had shingles on my face / eyes a few mths ago but after shingles mostly gone my eyes were still very itchy and sore. I tried every eye drop i could. Nothing worked until my friend gave me a new bottle of eye drops she had from promed.....wow used it 3 times and my eyes already felt so much better. Although they r feeling good now i am continuing to use the drops to keep them that way. I highly recomend promed eye health.

For over a year, I’ve used these products with excellent results. Since using the drops and wipes, Omega-3, and AREDS, my dry eyes, which had been watering constantly, don't anymore. This has stunned me! Gord, the product developer, provided invaluable guidance during our two conversations. Thanks a bunch, Gord! Indeed, recently, I received an unsolicited email about my order that is stuck in the Canada Post strike. Before I could reply, Linda called, asking about my product needs and offering to ship what I needed by courier at their expense. This is service. I received the products today. Promed haș been of immense benefit to my family. The omega 3 has really eased my arthritis symptoms. The CLEARCHOICE spray has greatly reduced my son's rosacea and helped with my wife's cold sores. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. I found another great use for the CLEARCHOICE hydroclorous spray. I keep a bottler close when I'm chopping onions...when my eyes start to sting I spray my eyes it takes the sting away immediately. Great Product!!

I highly recommend the, "OcuSci Dry Eye Compress," for tired or "Dry Eye." I am in front of a computer screen for hours at at time and often suffer from, Dry Eye and/or tired eyes at the end of the day. This product has been most beneficial in providing immediate relief as well as refreshing. It's simple to use, just a few minutes in the microwave or freezer, both ways work very well. I also love using it as a relief from the heat at the late afternoon. Purchased this amazing product at ProMed Eye Health in Abbotsford, B.C.

I contacted ProMed Eye Health due to a dry eye after cataract surgery. When I spoke to Linda she reassured me that dry eye after surgery was quite common. We talked about what she felt I needed. The BioDrop spray for my dry eye worked right away better than the over the counter product I had tried. She also recommend comfort eye drops for my other eye . I am pleased with both products exactly what my eyes needed. She also told me about using Omega 3 and how good it is for so many health issues . I am trying it and find the pill easy to swallow. The eye specialist wanted me to put a warm cloth on my eyes and I noticed on their website they have a dry eye compress. I decide it was exactly what I needed and love it. I received my order within a few days . Thank you ProMed Eye Health and Linda for your excellent customer service and great products. Both my eyes feel great.

For years I have suffered with seasonal allergies. Over the counter products never were effective. I contacted the friendly folks at ProMed, they listened to my concerns and recommended the Piiloset Biodrop comfort eye drops and for my eye strain, the Bruder eye compress. At last I have found the products that are truly effective! My eyes feel 100% better & comfortable even outdoors in allergy season. The compress is so comforting and easy to use. Macula 2 is the only Omega-3 vitamin i will take anymore. I have history of macular degeneration in my family and my optometrist recommended I start taking more omega 3 years ago. Since then, I have tried too many different brands to count, just trying to find one that doesn't give me the aweful taste, or upset my stomach without having to eat a loaf of bread. I've recently started taking the Essentials vitamin now too, I've never had any issues ordering or with shipping. Even calling to order is a pleasant experience that doesn't take an hour of my day. I highly recommend ProMed Eye Health.

I had significant cornea scarring from undiagnosed dry eye disease. I had tried various eye drops over the years but they stung my eyes and did very little to help ease the irritation which dry eye causes. My cornea specialist stressed that I must use eye drops three times a day along with other recommendations. While at my regular eye doctor I saw the BIO DROPS being sold and was told that people really liked them. Well not only do I like them, but as a result of using them for nearly two years, every day, I cannot believe the difference in my eyesight. I have had three eye surgeries during that time but I know that the way my eyes feel has nothing to do with the surgeries and everything to do with the eye drops. Unlike other products, your eyes immediately feel soothed by the ingredients not dried out. After using Bio Drops for 6 months I noticed in the mornings when I woke up my eyes still felt as if they had some lubricant in them. I use them 3 times daily STILL and will continue to do so for the rest of my life.
