We moved into a house that needed a hardwood floor refinished and 2 other rooms that had hardwood floors installed. Also a complete remodel of 2 bathrooms. The work done was excellent. Worker’s were very attentive and friendly. The owner Nilson was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this company.

We needed to have the prefinished hardwood flooring in our new condo refinished before moving anything in. After seeing the glowing reviews of Proline Covering we had Nilson come by for an estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable about all things flooring and explained in detail what needed to be done. He sent an estimate and another detailed list of what he would do. We accepted his offer and could not believe that they could fit us in to do the work just a few days later! Raissa called us and set up the day and time the workers would be there. Leo and Jose showed up on time with Raissa coming by shortly after. She told us all about the process again and instructed her 2 professional men on protecting certain areas of the condo. After the sanding was done Jose showed us the samples of oil or water based coatings as promised by Nilson. After 4 days with 4 sandings and 4 coats of polyurethane we went to see the finished floors. WOW, was all we could say to the stunning transformation. Beyond what we could have imagined, beautiful! Thank all of you at Proline, including Rodrigo, for the excellent clean work that you do! We highly recommend Proline and are so glad we chose them!

I couldn't be happier with the way my hardwood floors turned out. From the beginning, the crew was professional, responsive, and took the time to answer all of my questions throughout the entire refinishing process. At first, I was concerned that the newly refinished floors looked lighter than my existing hardwood. They came back out, explained everything, and applied a high-gloss coat that brought the color much closer to the original floors. The final result exceeded my expectations-the floors look beautiful and blend in much better with the rest of the house. What really impressed me was the care they took while working in my home. The painters had already finished the walls and freshly painted trim, and the flooring crew was extremely careful. They didn't leave a single scratch or mark on the walls or trim, and everything was left clean when they were finished. It's hard to find contractors who stand behind their work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. They listened to my concerns, made things right, and delivered a finished product that I'm proud of. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to have their hardwood floors refinished.
