The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, creating a supportive environment from day one. The teachers are truly responsible, they did their best to help everyone understand the material.
What stood out most was their compassion and willingness to help me navigate visa-related challenges, due to a critical medical condition, they took the time to provide advice and assist me, showing care beyond just language education.

My wife and I studied at this school for 2 years. The staff are very polite and reliable: if there are any visa issues, they are always ready to help solve them. The teachers are great — passionate about their work — and they teach, assist, and give advice in a friendly and fun atmosphere. The lessons are tailored so that you can communicate in everyday situations in Thailand — at the market, in stores, or in cafés. I highly recommend this school, both for visa support and for learning the language =)

Been learning online with Pro language for about 6 months now, 1 lesson per week. They are pretty accommodating and i had also provided suggestions after a few months on how they can adjust so that my learning is more efficient (eg. I need more repeat usage of new vocab or more real life situations to learn better) and the teacher have adjusted to my learning speed.
The team at the front desk know their stuff and are incredibly helpful and responsive when it comes to visa information. You will have absolutely no worries with them supporting you. In terms of class, I have really liked both of my teachers. Khru Bee is very fun, but doesn't get distracted and is very professional while being friendly. I will say, this is the 4th language I've studied and I feel like I could do better with a slightly different approach, like reading and writing from the beginning. You will get out of it what you put into it.

PRO seems like a good and easy place to get the ED visa, without too much pressure of having to study hard. The staff are very friendly and helpful with all your needs. However, having learned and taught other languages myself in the past, my professional opinion is that the quality of the education itself is not very good. In particular the continuous use of English in the class by the teacher, the often monotonous and easy exercises; and the fact that many of the other students don't show up. Sometimes only 2 or 3 people would come to the class. It is hard to form a relationship with the other students, especially since the teacher never asked us to speak Thai together in small groups or couples. It was difficult to get through the classes sometimes. It is easy to understand why students don't show up to the class. Would recommend for ED visa, not for studying Thai seriously.

Had an excellent experience at Pro Language! The office staff is amazing and patiently answered my many questions while applying.
Anna, Noi, and Mind were SO helpful and they made me feel like all my questions were important! By email and in-person, they were always available to help and assist in the process.
And my teacher, Kru Bee, was also superb! Kru Bee kept the class engaging and informative. She is also kind and patient. Highly recommend this school!

Hi, I want to give review of my teacher Mr. Shawn. He is an awesome teacher, and I appreciate his teaching skills and personality so much. I’m really impressed with his abilities to speak clearly, build good and productive communication with any kind of person, and consider things from different angles. These lessons outperform my expectations. I wish my school teachers were like him. And my doubts about the online classes have also disappeared.
