Highly recommend! Bradley Kirkham dealt with my case from start to finish and throughout the whole process he always kept me informed and explained each step of the process. He took the stress out of a stressful situation Bradley was very polite and was always pleasant to deal with. I felt the process has been very fast and efficient I thought I would have to wait months for my claim to be resolved when in fact it's only taken 3 weeks! Bradley also arranged for a courtesy car which was a relief. Thank you again Bradley! 😀

I have had a recent accident which PVM has been dealing with, particularly my case handler Elle Cordery. My claim is still currently pending however my claim handler has been extremely helpful and kind. With the constant worries of a car crash Elle has assisted me in not worrying by explain the procedures of what will happen, what her perspective is etc… she has been extremely clear with what is happening at every stage so I am not left out in the dark with my claim. Hopefully I will never have to use a claims company again however if in the sad scenario I do I will definitely want to use PVM and have Elle as my claim handler.

After an unknown driver crashed into our parked car, we contacted our insurance company, who referred us up PVM. Leyla Nart was helpful to us, with regard to arranging the courtesy car and repairs, after the unknown driver was found. We were pleased to receive our repaired car, back from the garage yesterday. Unfortunately, this morning, somebody else hit our car, which means that we have to start the insurance process all over again.

Leyla was great at PVM, being able to use WhatsApp was great as saved time and always had quick responses. Thank you Leyla the whole process was quick and stress free.

I appointed this company to deal with a completely non fault accident where my car was hit while parked outside my house. A hire car was provided to me with a key tag displaying the wrong registration number to what was on the vehicle. This resulted in me receiving a penalty charge notice as my temporary parking pass was issued to a different vehicle. A complaint was made while I was still in possession of the vehicle which was completely ignored. The company delivered my damaged vehicle back to my address having not turned up the day they arranged to. Having arrived late the vehicle was left parked facing the wrong way up the street in an undriveable condition Now weeks after returning the vehicle I have received an email from them requesting details of my financial circumstances. I've now been told I need to prove I couldn't afford to hire a replacement car myself, repair my own vehicle or afford to replace it myself. I thought that was the whole point in instructing a company such as this to manage a non fault accident so it didn't cost me money or cause me inconvenience but clearly not I do not advise using this company no matter how straight forward your non fault accident may be they will find a way to make this as complicated and potentially as costly as possible regardless of blame.

Emily at Progress Vehicle Management was awesome. She got me sorted straight from the off and kept me updated along the way. I received a hire car within a day of the accident so i could still get to work and even when the other party's insurance tried to dispute my claim she was there fighting my corner. Emily Jackson, who handled my case, was kind, super friendly, always helpful, and she updated me regularly through emails and phone calls.. Using PVM and Emily Jackson specifically has been a privilege and a pleasure.

Progress Vehicle Management provided me with one of the best customer service i have received to date and a massive shout out to my case handler Emily Jackson who was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond in insuring we settle this claim in the correct manner. Every company needs a Emily! I got nothing less to say then Emily's service was just 10/10!! Progress Vehicle Management were absolutely amazing.They gave me a courtesy car while they dealt with the other driver's insurance, which was a huge relief. They kept contact with me throughout the 2 months and helped as much as they can. Emily Jackson, who handled my case, was amazing. She was super friendly, always helpful, and she updated me at least once a week through emails, so I always knew what was going on I recently used Progress Vehicle Management, and they were awesome. These guys are a waste of time After taking my car they gave me a courtesy car and took it back the next day and told me that my car was a write off I had no problems with that but these guys spent 3 months high roading me for no apparent reason The last time i was in contact with the guys, i was brushed off and the representative was just rude and didn't show any spec of care towards the whole situation and even told me to go to my main insurance in a very rude way. I asked her if they don't get a response from the other insurance for a year then what? And she said that I'll have to wait for a year as well She was just awful. At this point they never took my case seriously and my insurance stepped in to take over
