excellent experience dealing with Leyla, my car was booked in for its repairs and a hire car booked to be delivered for the same day, i didn't hear anything from the hire dept for over a week and it was getting closer to my supposed repair and hire delivery day, when i rang i was told that they didn't have a car for me for the day me and Leyla had arranged, and could the dates be changed, obviously this couldn't happen as my car was booked in for repairs, and this would mean going a full weekend without a vehicle, so after a few calls back and forth Leyla got this all sorted, and i was offered a choice of three cars for delivery, i picked my car and it arrived on the day we arranged, the delivery driver was lovely too.
