If I could give 0 stars I would. This has to be the worst driving school in Canberra. No customer service, instructors won’t show up when you book lessons. No intention of actually supporting learner drivers but more than happy to take your money. Don’t bother emailing they won’t reply, Donny bother calling they won’t answer. Just don’t bother save yourself the money & go somewhere else.

We are sorry to hear you feel this way about your experience. At Progressive ACT Driving School, our priority is the safety of our students and the community, and we follow ACT road rules and regulations at all times.
You completed all the lessons you booked, often with less than three hours’ notice, and our instructors still attended every session on time. At no stage were you charged for lessons not delivered. Your request for a refund was declined as all lessons were provided in full, and our records confirm this.
While we understand that learning to drive can be challenging, we are required to only pass students once they can demonstrate all competencies safely. In your case, there were still key areas that needed improvement to ensure you could drive independently without risk. Your frustration appears to stem from not being passed before these competencies were met, however we will never compromise safety for the sake of convenience.
We treat all students equally and respectfully, and we wish you the best in your continued driving journey. We encourage you to keep practising so you can pass safely and confidently.
