Our oven suddenly stopped working on a Thursday night, and Dmitry was at our place by 6pm the next day. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the cost of the repair (very reasonable) and the job was done within an hour. I called them about an issue with my Samsung refrigerator, and Dmitry suggested I go through Samsung since the issue is likely to be the compressor/sealed system, and would be covered under 5 year warranty.
He spent 15 mins talking to be about my issue, and didn't rush me off or try to upsell me.
This is super rare nowadays. Honest company to work with!
