Progranite installed a vanity countertop, dresser top and shower nook shelf for us. They have a great selection of materials, including sinks. They were very easy to work with and did a professional job from helping with selecting materials to install installation.

I HIGHLY recommend this business. We've done a few projects around the house that require counter tops. We had used a couple of different businesses for each project, and found a local gentleman we liked. But when he wasn't available to help us on our time-sensitive kitchen remodel, we were prepared for the same struggles we had faced with other businesses.
Then we went to Pro Granite. They had a superior selection of remnants, and we found what we were looking for.
HOWEVER...
When we went in for help, we assumed it would be the same old dog and pony show. Then we met Yana, a young lady that REALLY KNEW HER STUFF. She made this THE easiest process ever! She really knew the products, our needs, figured out square footage, showed us the piece we wanted AND two additional similar options so we could choose the finish, compare prices, etc. I think she had us all wrapped up -- payment, scheduling, answered ALL out questions -- in 20 minutes. She killed it!
Then, on the day we had scheduled for our measurements to be taken, we had a little snafu with the flooring installation. Max, who was supposed to measure in the morning, saw all the activity and said he could move up his other appointments and come back that afternoon. Again, BAM, so easy! He came back, asked all the important questions (and a couple we had to considered) and seamlessly took care of us.
There's a reason this business is rated 5 stars. Incredible customer service, fair prices, great results.

Luis and Pablo arrived, greeted me at the door with a handshake, surveyed the project, and got to work. The installation went flawlessly. The quartz is even better than we imagined. Their work was impeccable. Our countertop is rather large and required a seam, which is almost invisible thanks to their professional work. The garden window looks fantastic. They stayed late to make sure the counters were perfect. I cant say enough good things about these two men or their company.

Progranite flawlessly installed a Silestone countertop and matching backsplash in our condo. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional and all appointments were kept and work was done in a timely fashion. We recently moved to the top floor of this condo building in the same stack, and we had had a countertop and backsplash installed in our previous condo 6 years ago with the same layout. The previous contractor made the countertop in two pieces with the seam in front of the sink, because they said it was impossible to do it in one piece. But, the Progranite team took careful measurements of the countertop and the elevator and said they could do one piece barely fitting it in the elevator. We were elated. We are delighted by the fit and finish of the final product. Highly recommend.

ProGranite Surfaces has fabricated kitchen counters, and most recently a bathtub shower surround. They are precise, accurate and professional. Alex showed up to install the shower surround. I thought I was ready for install, but was not. Alex went above and beyond, cleaned up the sloppy work, of someone else. Installation looks incredible.

It was an absolute pleasure working with everyone at ProGranite. We were close to giving up and going with butcher block because the lack of transparency, finding a slab and driving to Kent every weekend had become so frustrating.
Mark B. helped us explore stone options and even supported us in real time while we were at the stone yard. In the end, we chose a material ProGranite had on hand, and Taris reinforced that it was right choice—it was more cost-efficient and allowed us to fulfill our dream of having marble.
Michael did our templating and was fantastic, helping us work through some unusual areas and suggesting add-ons that are now some of our favorite features.

Vinnie & Gonzalo installed the new countertops. They did a fantastic job. They very well together as a team, neat, orderly and clean up afterwards. We needed to cut a piece that was 7 ft long 2-1/2" Wide into 3 pieces, for it had to go around an arch. Vinnie cut it perfectly and seamed it so you could not tell it was seamed. He is very talented. Both Vinnie and Gonzalo was very personable and aimed to please me. You have 3 very good employees.

Superb service
From start to finish, my experience with ProGranite was superb. They offered a wide array of materials, and I was never pressured to speed up a decision or spend more than my budget allowed. Mike the template technician was superb and even helped me redesign the kitchen island for greater efficiency and to give my ‘80s kitchen a more modern feel. On demolition day, the team was extra careful not to damage the kitchen or floors and offered tips on how to prepare for upcoming installation.
On installation day, Alex and his crew were friendly, efficient, and exceptionally skilled at their craft. They treated my cabinets, floors, and appliances with respect and caution. The finished product looks better than I had hoped, and the attention to detail is evident in every seam and edge. Being the consummate professionals that they are, my kitchen was clean and ready for use.
