We scheduled appointment same day in their beautiful show room. Picked our perfect slab and they installed the granite in a matter of 2 weeks. Installation crew pleasure to work with, very accommodating and did a great job! From service to quality and price, you wont get a better deal in the Seattle area .

Mike is very personal. Did a great job, made sure the measurements was correct on sink and not just taken from the paper template. Vinnie & Gonzalo installed the new countertops. They did a fantastic job. They very well together as a team, neat, orderly and clean up afterwards. We needed to cut a piece that was 7 ft long 2-1/2" Wide into 3 pieces, for it had to go around an arch. Vinnie cut it perfectly and seamed it so you could not tell it was seamed. He is very talented. Both Vinnie and Gonzalo was very personable and aimed to please me. You have 3 very good employees.

Superb service From start to finish, my experience with ProGranite was superb. They offered a wide array of materials, and I was never pressured to speed up a decision or spend more than my budget allowed. Mike the template technician was superb and even helped me redesign the kitchen island for greater efficiency and to give my ‘80s kitchen a more modern feel. On demolition day, the team was extra careful not to damage the kitchen or floors and offered tips on how to prepare for upcoming installation. On installation day, Alex and his crew were friendly, efficient, and exceptionally skilled at their craft. They treated my cabinets, floors, and appliances with respect and caution. The finished product looks better than I had hoped, and the attention to detail is evident in every seam and edge. The installation team—Alex and Mykola—were fantastic. And Mykola, in particular, deserves an extra shout-out for his meticulous attention to detail. When it comes to quartz and countertops, precision is everything, and he truly delivered. Our template specialist, Mike, was also excellent—professional, accurate, and efficient. You really don’t want to gamble when it comes to countertops. Go with professionals who stand by their work, bring real expertise, and offer proper warranties. We just had our new counter installed by Denver and Jonathan, hooray! They were polite and efficient, working respectfully in our space. This is consistent with our experience at the showroom, when we purchased our counter top and sink. I would highly recommend ProGranite for your counter tops!

We can't be more satisfied with a company! The original measure and installation in late 2024 was completed without a hitch. Since then we've had a couple of opportunities to work with the service techs, one for a repair and the other for some maintenance issues. Both instances were very positive visits. It's refreshing to find such proactive support for installed articles. Far too often, companies seem to "forget" that post installation support is almost more important than the original work. We've been very happy with both service techs that showed up on time, were extremely friendly and helpful, and resolved our issues right away. Thank you and we'll be sure to direct any of our friends in your direction.
