I called on Monday and Liz was able to get me set up for the next day the kitchen sink was leaking and I could wait until the next day. My appointment was set up between 10 am and 12 pm showed up at 10:30 and got right to it inspected told what he had to fix and got it done and what I liked was they don't charge a fee for traveling quoted me $220.00 and it was worth every cent. Oscar was very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a plumber.

We had a great experience with Professional Plumbers! After our kitchen drain had been out of service for a week, we received recommendations from other companies ranging from descaling the pipes to relining sections of our plumbing, none of which came with much confidence.
We decided to get one more opinion from Professional Plumbers, and we’re so glad we did. They answered our call quickly, offered to come out for a very reasonable price to try clearing the line, and even said they wouldn’t charge us if they couldn’t fix it. They also offered a second opinion on the other quotes we had received.

Nick was very professional. He tended to all the home plumbing issues we cited and, more importantly, he did so honestly and thoroughly. When he was was confronted with potential plumbing challenges - our house is almost 70 years old - he explained the risks inherent in attempting certain repairs and made sure he had our buy-in BEFORE tackling any of them. He even found a few issues I didn’t know we had. Example: We had piping in the guest bathroom (“sanitary tee”) that was ALMOST COMPLETELY CLOGGED. 😱 He was astonished that the water had been draining from the sink - or that bathroom’s tub - at all. Nick and Professional Plumbing were great to work with! We had a hot water heater issue. Nick came out to service it but it ended up needing to get replaced. They had a new water heater installed by the next afternoon. Nick was very professional and kind. The price for everything was reasonable as well. I will definitely be using Professional Plumbing moving forward!
