Technician was able to be booked for the following day, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and provided a report the same day. Recommended I check out the ACCC to understand my rights under our consumer law which may support a claim to the manufacturer on the basis that item completely failed outside of warranty but within the reasonable life expectancy. Efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Rang Matt up about my Bosch front loader and explained what the issue is with my spin cycle knocking around and making noises. Matt very quickly diagnosed the issue over the phone and provided practical advice that I could do to fix the issue without having to pay for call out fee and repair. His advice worked and saved me money for a call out. Super grateful especially nearing Christmas to be able to save money on unnecessary call outs. Will definitely be using Matt if and when my appliances need repair. Thanks Matt!!

Mathew from profix appliances was super helpful we were out of his service area so couldn't come to us but after explaining the problem he suggested the most possible problem and told me how to fix it and he was right... he showed his obvious considerable knowledge and diagnosed the problem and the solution over the phone and he asked to let him know if it worked as well he gave his time and knowledge freely saving us a call out fee for a small repair
