I had a good experience. Dr. Ortiz and technician Yanira very patient and always making sure I was doing well.

Great visit to Professional Smiles and Grace was wonderful. She explained each step beforehand, prepared me and was gentle. After multiple visits I highly recommend them. Dr. Frometa is very detailed and makes sure I’m comfortable and does a great job. He’s very thorough which I appreciate. My husband now goes here also. Can’t forget Kristy in the office! She’s so sweet and remembers you!

I’ve been a loyal customer for about 10 years and today was the final straw. They cancelled my appointment 15 mins before it was supposed to begin. They stated they called my phone number to inform me about technical difficulties. They called once the day prior… I don’t answer calls from unsaved numbers and they didn’t even leave a voicemail. This isn’t the first time. The first time they cancelled my zoom whitening appointment as I was sitting in the chair. This business is highly inconsiderate of people’s time as I had to switch shifts and move things around to arrive just for it to be cancelled 15 mins prior to arrival. There was nothing that was done to compensate she just asked if I wanted to reschedule. There are way too many dentists in the area to deal with unprofessionalism.

Dr Novi and Yanria were amazing! They took the time to work on a chip in my front tooth and smooth out the edges of both front teeth. The results were beautiful and I did not have to get crowns instead, I was able to keep my own front teeth with restructuring. I appreciate the time they took to do the job right without pressuring me to purchase expensive crowns like another dental business down the street. There was no sales pressure and they were friendly and professional. Great family dental office, highly recommend!!!
