Had my EV charger installed by Stuart at Pro EV. He went through the process with us, explaining each stage and giving his advice along the way. After completing the installation in horrible weather conditions, he then took time to explain the app and charger controls to us. Excellent, friendly service and would happily recommend to friends and family. 👍
I got Pro EV to install my EV charger after having issues with PodPoint.
PodPoint would only install my charger by drilling into my living room and running the cable and conduit right across my living room. I think this was the easiest and quickest option.
The Pro EV installer was baffled why PodPoint would only install it that way, and agreed the installation set up I wanted was the best/correct method.
The Pro EV installer installed the charger exactly like I wanted. Zero issues at all and it's a tidy installation. Very happy with that.
Lead times were only about a week. That was also helpful.
Stuart from Pro Ev came this morning to install our EV home charger. He was punctual, very friendly and informative about the new charger. He did a very good and tidy job installing it. We cannot fault him at all; he explained the use of the app and everything in great detail, answering all our questions. Nothing was too much trouble. We cannot praise him enough; a credit to Pro Ev.
Gee was my installer. Did an excellent job. Informed me early morning likely arrival time and arrived during the predicted window. Immediately spotted that I needed a custom installation helped me through the paperwork to pay the extra and worked late to complete the installation and even tidied up in the dark.
