Brandon came out and figured out our problem was a hidden GFCI switch that had been tripped. He was here about 20 to 30 minutes and didn't charge us.

Updating my review: Serg, the owner of this firm reached out to me regarding my concern and refunded the amount I was charged for the switch replacement. I really wish both of the parties involved didn’t have to go through this route as it wastes both of our time. Updating my initial review of 5 stars to 1. Reason: Vincent did a job on our heating furnace. He explained to us that the switch needs replacement and went ahead and replaced it with an aftermarket switch. This DID NOT fix our issue and we were out of heat for almost an entire week in December. What he also did is take my original switch away with him. Which could had been just perfectly running. I worked with another firm to get the circuit board replaced, which was the original issue. I was forced to pay for the switch replacement which was around 250$. I would stay away from this firm as they will bait you with good words, ask you to write good reviews and then keep you hanging in the cold, quite literally! Initial review: I have met a lot of furnace companies lately due to issues with my furnace. But Product Air is set apart due to their clarity in pricing and being flexible with the customers. Vince came over to our house right away after the call. Fixed our system and didn’t charge a single penny even after multiple requests. Very knowledgeable and warm hearted guy. He walked us through the problem and even warned us about the future problems that might occur.

The mini splits I had Product Air Heating & Cooling install in my townhome were the best adult purchase I’ve ever made. The entire process was so seamless and easy, they made me feel comfortable that I was getting high quality work for the best price. What made me finally go online to write a review (which, by the way, the company did not solicit which says a lot about the number of high ratings here!) is what the city inspector said to me on my final inspection. An inspector, that sees probably hundreds of installations and units, checked the heat pump outside and both mini splits inside my home said, “they did an exceptional job”. While I was already impressed and so happy with the work, to hear it from a professional checking the work, I know that I made the right decision in trusting this company. From Eli, the sales associate, to everyone on the installation and electrical team, they each were so kind and respectful of my space. They finished the work in less than a day and left my place more spotless than before they arrived. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone.

We had very good experiences with Luis, his pitch for AC services/products was very clear, professional, and informative. He explained everything patiently, answered all questions honestly, and showed great knowledge about the product and customer needs. Highly appreciate his communication skills and approach toward customers. Excellent AC installation service by Dima! He was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable.Our old a/c installation was poorly done and cold air was leaking from system every where,But the new system he installed neatly and efficiently. We can clearly see the quality differences in installation. Post installation he explained everything clearly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Really appreciated their attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable AC installation service.

Highly recommend, great service. Communication was clear and the team was able to install the heat pump system promptly. They were accommodating of my pets in the home and always wore booties when coming indoors. The electrical team even installed a new outlet for me in my office, completely unrelated to this installation after hearing I had a paint spill. Robert (Eli’s brother) installed a heat pump system with an indoor air handler in one zone and a ductless unit in another zone and prepped it for up to two more ductless heads. They were excellent. Up front and honest, friendly, punctual, communicative, gracious, considerate. And they were the most competitively priced!!! I’m glad they’ll be doing more work at my house because i trust them. They also recommended a plumber who came today and did excellent work. Thank you!!!!
