Denys and Oleg arrived promptly and on time. They got right to work. They took less than 4 hours to do an expert installation and thoroughly checked the system which included a slight rewiring of the thermostat. They were very polite and professional. They also cleaned up afterwards. So far I love the service provided by Product Air.

The installation team of Denys and Oleh installed a new finance for me replacing a 20 year old builder grade furnace. That was long overdue for replacement. Thay did a vary professional job. I am extremely happy with the quality of workmanship that they did.

Our experience with Product Air was exceptionally professional and impressive. Their skilled team spent a day installing a 24 KWH Generac generator. The team surveyed the location, delivered the generator and spent the day with the installation. They obtained permission from Puget Sound Energy, pulled the electricity meter and installed all the connections in one day. The inspector examined the quality of work approved the changes and re-installed the meter for our house. I was surprised at the physical complexity and the Product Air team handled each step and the generator was tested and installed the same day. Everyone on the installation team knew their next process step and everyone handled their assignment. If I needed another generator, I would get Product Air to handle the work.

We had an excellent experience with Colby from Product Air. He was able to provide a quote and complete the installation of a new reinforced ceiling box and a fan/light combo all in the same day, which was incredibly convenient. Colby was polite, efficient, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process.
