Everyone we spoke to/worked at our house was so knowledgeable, and friendly. They went out of their way to go above and beyond when quoting us showing my interested children the video of the pipe. The installation crew was super friendly and very efficient. They were great. I'm so happy my pipe is fixed and that the whole experience was so easy.

I was purchasing a property and the neighboring property had a historical issue with their sewer and experienced a backup. I called Pro Drain Tech and spoke with Danny. He listened to my concerns and assured me he could help me out. His next available appointment was 2 days after my conditions had to be lifted but he managed to squeeze me in the morning of. He was prompt and on time. After he finished his scope he walked me through what he saw and reassured me there were no issues I should be concerned about. Pro Drain Techs is a very knowledgeable and professional company.
We knew we had sewer line shifting issues because another company, which we won’t name, had been out to do some remediation work (unclogging). They told us we needed to have our line replaced and gave us a price for a total line replacement. When we were ready to have the work done we tried contacting them about doing the work….and we were ghosted. (Ultimately this worked out well for us!!)
That’s when we contacted Pro Drain Techs. They came out… assessed the situation and gave us a couple of options. We went with the spot fix and liner solution. We were very impressed with how the project was handled from start to finish. Great company, great crew, great communication and great final outcome.

Pro Drain 5 Stars, EPCOR 1 Star. Thanks to a clueless EPCOR employee that wrecked our shut off valve out at the property line, this project took almost 2 months longer than it should have. If it wasn't for having to wait for the valve to be replaced, Pro Drain would have been in and out in a few days. I was very impressed that everyone from the boss on down to the labourers were all very efficient and thoughtful. We needed a new special backflow valve installed in our house, so it was learning experience for them, but they did an excellent job.
The first time they came in our home they laid out mats down the stairs and across the basement so they could come and go with their boots on. When they came to finish the job they didn't have mats, so they took their boots off. One worker had dirty socks so he put surgical gloves on his feet so his socks wouldn't touch the carpet.

We have had them in our home twice now and both times the tech was courteous and very professional. They are very good at explaining what I was looking at and why or why not it might be a problem. Even the office administrator is very friendly so the whole experience right from the call to book the appointment was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend them for any of your drain needs.

Pro Drain thoroughly cleaned out our very old clay sewer line, and then lined it with their resin liner. We had finally had enough of having to snake the line every time the tree roots would plug up the line! There were a few challenges for the guys getting the job done, but I was extremely impressed with their persistence and positive attitudes! They remained pleasant throughout the process, explained what they were doing, and answered any and all questions we had. We are extremely happy with the job they did! We will gladly recommend them to anyone who needs drain/sewer work done!
