Totally professional in how they go about their job. Extremely careful bringing in equipment. Recommend this method to seal clay sewer pipe with plastic. Don’t have to worry about roots exploiting weak spots in clay tile joints.

I don't even know where to begin - my experience with Pro Drain Tech's was outstanding when me and my family were in a bind with a collapsed/ruined sewer line.
From the estimate/assessment from Rodney, dealing with logistics and billing with the main office admin, to coordinating and getting updates from the foreman and crew, every single interaction was positive, every person was knowledgeable, and kind. Having pipes burst is awful. Fortunately we were referred to Pro Drain Techs from our friends and they made it so smooth and easy.
Leatte, on the phone was very informative and told me everything I needed to do on my side and when and how to apply for the backwater grant.
Rod was the first guy to come out to give us the estimate, he is a gem! He was so kind to my 4 year old that wanted to be a part of everything. Nice, knowledgeable and patient (I panicked a bit, but he reassured me it would be okay), and it was.
Jessy, Keiffer and Steve that performed the open and installation were so nice. Everyone was just so compassionate and accommodating. It made such a bad situation fantastic.
They really helped us get the best plumbing changes and backwater valve at a decent price. The owner was very helpful in making it work for our family. I will recommend this company to everyone that will listen :)

Just had Pro Drain Techs install a liner into an old (1948) clay tile sewer line. Everything from the initial camera inspection to the liner installation was handled in a professional and courteous manner. Project was completed in accordance with plan and on budget. Since all work took place from a basement bathroom, the crew under Steve’s and Jesse’s direction took extra care in ensuring all travel areas were protected from damage and work areas were swept clean while project was in progress. I would highly recommend this company for liner installation.

Our experience began with Rodney coming to scope the drain. He was absolutely wonderful and full of valuable information. Once we contacted the office, Liette took charge. She arranged all of the site visits and work, assisted us with grant applications arranged the inspection and kept us informed at all times.

The quote was very professional with Rodney scoping my sewer and explaining the process as well as answering all my questions. When lining the sewer they answered my questions, only taking 3 hours and leaving the property clean. The price was also the lowest that i got quoted from.

We had ProDrain come in and replace our old cast iron sewer lines. They then lined the remaining cast and clay with their CIPP, blue light process. They were organized, clean and on-time. This went better than I expected and we are very happy with the results.

Sewer problems can be very stressful. Pro Drain took the stress out of stressful. From the tech that did our "free" camera scoping and estimate, to the 2 techs that repaired our pipe, to the lady in the office, they were totally professional and efficient. They made the complete experience very transparent with no surprises . Treated us with total respect as they explained how the repairs would be completed. . The two techs removed what plants were necessary to be taken out and then replanted them when the work was completed. Total cleanup after job completion including raking of the yard. Professional, efficient, courteous , and cost-effective. Hats off to the owners who run a very efficient ship!
