I had water in my basement because of the torrential amount of rain in Edmonton. I made an appointment with pro drain techs They came out as soon as they could the tech that came was Rodney I give Rodney five stars and the company five stars Rodney was ontime & prompt ,efficient, educational, informative on next steps and so polite. THANK YOU his communication was very clear and very much appreciated he even called into the office at one point to get further information to help me out I believe that Rodney went above and beyond and the company did everything they said they would also do . It was beyond my expectations for the FREE Quote . I would recommend this company and this tech Rodney in every way I so much appreciated your diagnosis and help

Pro Drain Techs repaired a misalignment in my sewer line and replaced the clay pipe from my foundation line to the end of my property. Everyone was so helpful and informative at every stage from the initial quote to the final clean up. My experience with them could not have been better and the crew doing the work did a great job and took care to keep the disruption to the rest of the yard to a minimum. I highly recommend this family-owned company!

Everyone we spoke to/worked at our house was so knowledgeable, and friendly. They went out of their way to go above and beyond when quoting us showing my interested children the video of the pipe. Great company to deal with! They were very educational in the process and did a great job in my basement. You can barely tell they were there. They repaired my sewer line for a reasonable price compared to anyone else I checked.

This is it, you can stop going through Google Reviews trying to find the best people to fix any of your sewer issues. From beginning to end the team at Pro Drain Tech was professional, polite and did an amazing job. They came and put a sewer liner in since ours had failed. They had very competitive pricing, and one of the best warranties I could find. They were also extremely clean with their work, you'd never even know that they were here! Definitely recommend them!
