S tier bike repair even for mobs. The mechanic brought this bike back from the depths of hel backl into a rideable bike for a reasonable price, good service would go again and have been going only criticism I would give is that it could've have had a wider range of services for mtb, but who am I to tell them what to do right?
I did my bike fit with Darren a month ago. During the whole session, he put me at ease. He was able to assess my leg asymmetry and made the necessary adjustments. He only recommend what is necessary. No hard selling! Thanks to him, my lower back pain has eased off significantly, and my hips are now stable. Highly recommended!
Nice store even though they were pretty packed for space. But the owner couple were very warm and guided me. Even though I didn’t buy anything on this visit ( went there looking for SPD shoes), I will certainly visit again on my next SG trip and purchase goods. They certainly know their stuff & will give a great setup for anyone who visits.
Had my bike fitting done recently. Darren is thorough, extremely professional and can see he has a passion for ensuring that I am comfortable on the bike, making mm adjustments when required.
I had my cleats and insoles adjusted too and I now feel very engaged with the pedals.
The sores on my knees and lower back from riding that I thought were normal are gone - and that itself is priceless! Do give yourself sufficient time as it really takes 2+ hours.

My favourite bike shop in the West. Friendly team, and always helpful with bike kit and parts. The bike fitting by Darren is top notch. Assessment of reach, pedal efficiency and foot placement all done to satisfaction with immediate improvement in power output and comfort. I have tried other fitters before which did not fully resolve the problems until I came to see Darren. Highly recommended.

My Favero Assioma pedals were completely seized—bearings were absolutely toast. The mechanic spent nearly 3 hours carefully extracting them and managed to fix the damage I’d done.
An absolutely great place to bring your bike in.

horrible, asked for advice for a stripped thread and was greeted with horrible service. it was like they didnt want to help not offer advice. please choose different shop

We have reviewed the bottle cage screw hole on your bike frame and found that the thread has been stripped. Unfortunately, this is not a simple re-threading job, as the threading is part of the bike frame itself. As such, we are unable to assist with this repair and must respectfully decline your request. In light of this, we do not believe it would be fair for us to receive a one-star Google review.

did a tt bike fitting, very very good and big difference, 100% worth the investment. before I was feeling very unbalanced on my right but now after the cleat fitting and shifting of aerobars and saddle, I feel more comfortable and I got a better power efficiency when putting effort into the pedals

Very disappointed.
Google maps states they open on Fridays at 1130am. I went there at 1130 and waited until 12pm but it was still not opened. There's no sign at the shop saying it is closed as well. Tried calling the mobile phone provided but nobody picked up during business hours. Very unprofessional.

Really happy with my experience here. They took the time to understand what I needed and matched me with the right bike. The bike fit was done with a lot of care and it actually fixed my knee pain. You can tell they genuinely listen and want what’s best for the customer. Highly recommend!
