Jack came for the quote on time and was great at working within our budget. The installation was booked in and Spencer arrived on time. Everything was seamlessly installed and working. I had to call in the afternoon to get my husband added to the account as an admin. This was done instantly and we are more than happy with the product

PROCCTV recently completed a CCTV and security installation at our warehouse, and we are very pleased with the outcome. Phil and Spencer were professional, proactive and solution-focused throughout the project, while Nat and Lauren were helpful and professional at all times. Geoff coordinated the project effectively and remained responsive throughout. The workmanship was completed to a high standard and, despite a few minor refinements along the way, the team remained committed to achieving a quality result. Overall, we are very happy with the finished installation and would confidently engage PROCCTV again in the future.

The team were very pleasant to deal with. Nat, Lauren and Louis took their time in assessing the work before starting. Arrived on time. Proceeded to assess what was required. Nice to see lovely young women working out in a special trade. Louis seemed to have a lot of confidence working with both women. Lots of good fun and enthusiasm in their working relationship. This is all new for me, but a necessary installation for my safety.
