They were really great. I had to travel from Nantucket and had issues with catching the boat then being in traffic and was pretty delayed yet they accommodated us. They offered us coffee and cookies and their customer service was great. The guys at the desk were really personable and made me feel comfortable. Also the waiting space is nice and they were happy to give suggestions on what we could do to kill time. Would definitely come back.

Came in for some window tints. The guys here were very helpful amd cool. Had some questions on my sound system and showed me what they had with no problem. Definitely coming back to them when im ready.

Window tint turned out nice. Only negative is that they refused to honor the quote I’d been emailed - told me that was weekday pricing (even though that was not referenced anywhere on the email) and charged me 10% more since it was a Saturday. Felt a bit like a bait & switch, but otherwise happy with the results.

I'm glad to hear you are taking my issues seriously now that I have posted a public review. We had already provided the documentation you requested, but am happy to follow up privately! _____________________________________________ At first, everything seemed great. This place has amazing reviews, and they were in fact, very friendly. The issues began a few months after they installed a remote starter in my car, and a front and rear camera system in my husbands car. My issues were with the fob not working properly, having to start it multiple times to get it to work, and overall just not having a good experience with it. I called them and brought the car back in, which they looked at and assured me it was fine. The camera system in my husbands car was attached to an external battery they installed under the seat, as requested. The battery kept fully draining, which it shouldn't have been doing. Same thing, brought the car back to them, they insisted the work was correct and implied that it was likely a faulty battery and to replace it, which we did. After replacing the battery and reinstalling it, the issues remained. He ended up going to a different mechanic to get a second opinion and they discovered the battery was basically zip tied to the frame of the car and exposed and stripped wires were constantly sparking, causing the battery to short out to prevent a fire. This mistake was not only caused by what I assume was laziness and lack of skill on the install, but also negligence upon seeing the car again, and insisting there was no issue with the way it was done. Which there clearly was. Feeling suspicious that my starter was also likely not installed correctly, we followed up with a different mechanic to discover they installed the wiring for the system IN FRONT OF THE AIRBAGS. I brought my car to them several months pregnant, they SAW me multiple times, and I continued driving the vehicle with my new baby in the car until we discovered the issue, months later. Wiring a camera in front of airbags, particularly across A-pillar curtain airbags, poses a significant safety risk: the cable can become a projectile or prevent the airbag from deploying, causing severe injury or death in the case of a collision. To say I'm disgusted is an understatement. When we reached out to them to rectify the situation and recoup the substantial amount of money spent on both cars, we got the runaround for a bit before being told "they don't do refunds”. I think it is very reasonable to request money returned for confirmed shoddy, unsafe, and life endangering work. Insane. If you've had work done here, and are happy with it, great, but they don't care about the safety of their customers, including children, and if you're having issues with their installs get a second opinion.

We strongly disagree with any claim that we disregard the safety of children. Our clients are our priority, and their families are at the center of our business. We would never put anyone at risk. Regarding your technical allegations, we must address them directly. Our team consists of highly skilled technicians who specialize in automotive electronics. The claim that a high-voltage external battery was 'zip-tied to the frame with stripped wires' is not only inconsistent with our installation protocols but is a violation of the basic electrical standards we uphold daily. Furthermore, the suggestion that wiring was installed across A-pillar curtain airbags is a very serious charge. Our technicians are specifically trained to route wiring behind airbag deployment paths precisely to avoid the risks you mentioned. We have successfully completed thousands of these installs without a single safety incident of this nature.

It is important to note that when a vehicle is taken to a third-party mechanic months after an installation, that mechanic has a financial incentive to criticize previous work to justify their own labor costs. Without a formal technical report, photos of the 'sparking' wires before they were touched, or the opportunity for our own lead technician to inspect these alleged errors, these remain unsubstantiated claims. We stand by the integrity of our work, which is why our reputation and ratings remain among the highest in the industry.

Regarding your request for a refund: our policy is to stand behind our work through inspections and corrections. If there were a genuine installation error, we would have been proactive in fixing it the moment the car was brought back. However, we do not issue 'substantial' refunds based on third-party hearsay months after the fact without verified proof of a failure on our part.

We are a professional business that takes immense pride in our craftsmanship. If you have the documentation and the technical report from the other shop to back these claims, we welcome the opportunity to review them. We are waiting for your direct message to clear this up once and for all.
