Honestly one of the worst service experiences I have had. Communication was poor from the start, the technician seemed more interested in selling extra work than actually fixing the issue, and the repair did not last more than a day. After that, getting anyone to respond was nearly impossible. Definitely not recommending this to anyone.

Proactive door came same day when we called them and they replaced our broken door the next day at very affordable price at our house, in North Olmsted, the team was very responsive respectful and knowledgeable . we highly recommend proactive door.

I called in the afternoon at around 1:00pm. They set up appointment for Between 3:15 and 5:15..,the weather was extremely cold and the technician was running late. I called the company and they said that the julobnorior to mine took much longer than expected. They asked if I wanted them to come out if it was later and I said yes that would work. I was impressed that they would still come out because it was around 6:00 pm already. They said they could reschedule it for today but I wanted to get it fixed. The technician looked at the situation and gave me an estimate. And he finishit in about 45 minutes. He went to work and finished in 10 degree weather in the dark . He didn’t rush the work and insured everything worked perfectly. He also did some preventative maintenance so the openers worked better and less noisy. I think they might have been a little more expensive but they came out the same day I called. Another place said it would be 5 days for them to come out. I felt very satisfied with the whole situation

This was a huge letdown. The appointment window meant nothing, the technician rushed through the visit, and the problem came back the same day. When I tried to follow up, I got no clear answers and felt completely brushed off. I would not use this service again.

Within 2 hours after placing my call to ProActive Garage Door the owner himself showed up and went over our options. We opted to replace our garage door and it was several days before Thanksgiving and without us even asking Tony got us an install rush before the holiday. Leon, who installed the door was very nice, personable and professional and got the job done right and earlier than expected. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
