Installer was great. Terrible business model. Don't expect to get a price before work is done. If you do, double it. Was explained to me as cost of parts plus a locked in labor number. I have been I construction my whole life and never just billed someone when I was done. I mean we are talking some big remodel projects. It's a freaking garage door. Springs, pulleys, cable. Come on!
Tony was amazing! He deinstalled our old garage door opener and installed our new one. When we had an issue, he was quick to respond and fix the issue. Recommend Proactive garage door repair.

We called Proactive Door in the morning within a few hours they show up and they replaced both broken Springs at our house in Cleveland, Mike was amazing and very respectful and we highly recommend Proactive Door.

Very happy with the customer service team. Mike did a great job! One of the bolts on the install came loose, and they promptly came back to adjust it and put it in place free of charge.

My garage door broke on me on Friday morning and called Tony. He came around in less than an hour and explain what went wrong in no time and got it replaced as soon as he could. Highly recommended service and technician.
