Top notch company. Answered my call after hours as soon as I placed the call. Arrived within roughly an hour. Explained everything and answered all my questions. I didnt worry about anything, they handled everything with insurance from the mitigating to the final rebuild. Home is great now and everyone was professional. The roof on my house and mother-in-law suite had storm damage that caused a leak inside my home. I was nervous my insurance wouldn’t cover it because it was an older roof. Precision Restoration of Texas stepped in and handled everything. They were able to deal with the water damage, repairs, and ended up replacing both roofs! Martin and Carlos were great to work with from start to finish. They walked me through the process and fought to make sure the claim was covered. Because they didn’t to give up (three adjusters came out to my house), they ended up being able to get USAA to cover both the main house AND the mother-in-law suite. I was stoked cause I was able to save thousands of dollars out of pocket! The communication was great, the crew was professional, and the quality of work was excellent. If you need a company that actually knows how to work with insurance and take care of your home the right way, Precision Restoration of Texas is the company to call.

Lucas was fantastic. I had a home i recently purchased painted and the painters saw what they thought might be mold behind the fridge. First company i called out quoted me 1800 for mold restoration. I called Precision Restoration for a 2nd quote and told them of my first estimate. They came out to my house and inspected everything and told me that it doesn't appear to be mold just staining from residue from the fridge exhaust. They could have easily matched the other companies estimate and beat the price and I would have paid it but Lucas was very honest and recommended cleaning and maintenance instead. 10/10 recommend this company and I will reach out to them again in the future .

We thought we had a burst pipe and contacted Precision Restoration. Raec arrived very quickly and thoroughly checked everything out. He was extremely honest about the situation, the cost, and even let us know that he wasn’t the best person to handle this particular repair. He gave us a realistic estimate of what the fix should cost and told us to call him if it ended up being more than that. Even though he didn’t complete the repair himself, his honesty, fast response, and integrity absolutely earned a 5-star review. We will definitely contact Precision Restoration in the future.

Precision Restoration did a great job with a mold remediation project at our house. We talked to several companies when searching for a mold remediation specialist and Precision restoration stood out in their willingness to work closely with us throughout the process and tailor their approach for our specific needs. We had mold underneath century-old wood floors on our second floor and Lucas and his team went out of their way to find an approach to remove the mold without demolishing the floors. Definitely would recommend!
