Pro Solar Global walked me through the solar system, Governments rebates & installation with ease. They were excellent when I specified different inverter brand or solar cell type. They helped me understand the quote & come installation, i couldnt have been happier. The installers were extremely professional, courteous and my system was installed most cheerfully. I am already looking at another system and will use the same team hopefully, being Jax, Mckenzie & Zac (& his installation team).

Initially they were very keen to get the business. Once we signed up, I had to chase them for a month to book a date to install. After they eventually installed, it took another month for the 'inspector' to check and turn on the system. Then, another month of emails and calls both unanswered to get them to send the paperwork to my power company so they can reconfigure the meter. They promised cash back if we got two places/systems done, which we did, but they simply stopped replying once they got paid, eventuallygot a reply that said the guy i was dealingwith is no longer with company and theres no record of the offer.
Unless you want to spend months on end chasing them up - Avoid this company.
The team at Prosolar was exceptional and highly professional especially Trevor. He was so polite, patient and answers all the questions I had. He went above and beyond and explained everything and followed up till end.
Before calling Trevor i had enquired about the solar panels in more than five places and Trevor gave me the best price for the top brands. I would highly recommend Pro solar for solar panels and rate them as number one.

My experience with pro solar from point of sales to customer service to installation was excellent. Mark has been very professional in dealing all through the process. Installation was smooth and the team was skilled and knew what they were doing. I would recommend to go ahead with them if you need solar panel installation services.

What can I say about Hazel.... apart that she was amazing. She was so patient and professional. Taking that extra time and care to help me through the process. I was not an easy customer to deal with, but she treated me politely and courteously. She listened to my concerns and acted on them QUICKLY. Can't wait for the installation now. Will let you know. ........ Feedback. I just got my Solar Panels installed. Much faster than I thought. Thanks to MARK (Customer Service) who kept me informed throughout the process and answered ALL of my questions. The Installation Guys were quick and professional but also careful as they

Pro solar were very professional and provided a comprehensive proposal. Mark and all the team were very helpful. I only have one reservation as to where the cable to my switch box was placed.

I am extremely happy that I went with Pro Solar to install my Solar Panels, the Lady who helped me was Hazel, she went out of her way to explain details of how Solar panels will help in reducing our Electricity Bills, she was very polite & professional, I can recommend this company for people who are looking for Solar.
