För övrigt var det en fin plats. Men tyvärr så hade vissa djur väldigt små burar och vissa djur saknade skålar med vatten.
Tyvärr så fick vi uppleva hur en far med två söner skrämde upp djuren som satt i sina burar och även kastade tofflor på buren, och fadern filmade allt och såg till att hans söner kastade tofflor på buren också. Väldigt synd att få uppleva sådant.
The experience was awful the staff is extremely rude. The manager is not customer friendly and thinks he’s the boss, I was told me thing then I got there and was told another. The prices changed on the spot too. I have the chats with them , then in the end the person I was in contact with I believe the owner was sending me voice notes apologising saying this is first time it has happened.

I came all the way from England, I was looking forward to attending this place. My partner had been in contact with the manager a week prior to discuss the arrangements and what was included in our package. Once we got there we were refused of everything, despite coming and driving for 2 hours. Horrible customer service, the staff were very rude. The price also went up even though there are proof of messages. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! Please do not waste your time or money on this place.

Very bad experience, drove from all the way from Dubai to here for me to be told no I can’t hold the tiger cubs when on messages I was told I can hold the cubs and take pics. Also I asked 10 times is there any extra fees to walk lion or feed I was told no everything is within the price. I drove from 2 hours away and paid taxi fair too for me to be turned back away. Very very bad experience. I have included images of proof where I have been told I can do everything within the price and hold the tiger cubs.
