Private GP Surgery work passionately to make sure that I was satisfied as a customer meeting my medical needs with professionalism and experience. More specifically, Dr Mahmood had excellent insight into medical conditions and was able to provide me with a comprehensive consultation with proficient advice to manage my health conditions appropriately. Communication was clear and frequent, so I didn’t feel that I was waiting around for a response. Customer service is excellent, and I was really pleased with their confidentiality approach to sensitive issues. I am extremely impressed by his knowledge, attention to detail and support provided by the overall practice. I recommend!

I recently took my daughter to see Dr. Ali for a high fever, and I was blown away by the exceptional care and compassion she received. What struck me most was Dr. Ali's incredible ability to connect with my child, who was initially hesitant and resistant to the visit. Dr. Ali quickly put my daughter at ease with his warm, gentle, and playful demeanor. The way he interacted with my child was truly remarkable - he listened attentively, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and made the entire experience feel more like a fun outing than a doctor's visit! As a result, my daughter has completely transformed her attitude towards doctor's visits. She now looks forward to seeing Dr. Ali and even asks to go back! As a parent, it's been amazing to see this shift, and I'm forever grateful to Dr. Ali for making such a positive impact on my child's life. I have recently used the services of Dr Mahmood, and as a solicitor, I am extremely impressed by his knowledge, attention to detail and extra care he went to support us as a family in dealing with these very difficult and sensitive issues of LPAs and Deputyship. He is extremely knowledgeable about these and carried out a thorough assessment of the donor, leaving no stone unturned. His subsequent report to support a Deputyship was very well written, very thorough and a very fair and accurate reflection of our factual situation. I would certainly recommend Dr Mahmood. Dr. Ali is one of the best doctors in this field. I had my ear wax syringed and was very blocked up. He patiently and gently did the procedure without any pain or discomfort and now i feel so much better. My ears are completely open and would highly recommend him !
