I can’t say enough great things about Priority Roofing and their entire team. From start to finish, the experience was professional, organized, and truly stress-free. Frank Vitale, the contractor, truly deserves special recognition for his communication and integrity. I interviewed at least 50 other roofers, and I honestly could not be happier that I chose Frank. He was truly a God-send. Going into this, I was skeptical—these days it can feel like almost anyone can call themselves a roofer—but Frank completely surprised me in the best way possible. His knowledge, honesty, and responsiveness were outstanding. Frank is a man of his word, and everything he promised, he delivered. He kept me informed at every step, answered every question with patience, and never over-promised or disappeared. If there’s ever another hailstorm, Frank’s number is already saved in my phone—he’s my first call without hesitation. If there were a better word than “honest” to describe how smooth and reassuring the process was, I’d use it. A huge shout-out to Clem, the roof supervisor, who ran the job flawlessly. Clem was detail-oriented, on-site, and clearly took pride in the quality of the work. The roofing crew worked efficiently, safely, and with impressive craftsmanship—the roof looks absolutely fantastic. The interior and exterior handyman team — Richard, Junior, and Angel — were equally impressive. They handled repairs and finishing work with care, precision, and professionalism, treating my home with respect and leaving everything clean and well organized. What stood out most was the teamwork and communication across everyone involved. You can tell this company values quality, accountability, and customer satisfaction. If you’re looking for a roofing company you can truly trust, I highly recommend Priority Roofing and Frank Vitale. This was an excellent experience from start to finish.

Gustavo and his crew tore off my old roof and installed the new one in a single day. The materials had been delivered a day or so before, but I was amazed at their speed and efficiency. I couldn't be happier with the work Gustavo and his crew did and the new roof is stunning. It looks cleaner because they installed a ridge vent system and took out the old and rusted square roof vents, they replaced two skylights, put in new flashing all around, picked up all the debris. A first class operation.

Earlier this year I had my roof, gutters, and attic vents replaced. Along with that, I also had my fence re-stained. I had the pleasure of working with Brandon Roberts and he was super helpful throughout the whole process. I actually initiated my hail damage claim through my insurance company mid 2024 and they initially denied my claim. Brandon stepped in and went back and forth with the insurance company until they had to get a third party involved to do the evaluation. In the end I got everything replaced all paid for by my insurance company. Brandon did all of the dirty work and I did not have to deal with the back and forth negotiations which was very nice. Brandon and his team was also flexible with some of the things I wanted done. I was able to get some siding repaired, leaf guards installed on my gutters, and I replaced my attic turbines with an electric attic fan. From when I started my claim with my insurance company to March of this year, the majority of the time spent was dealing with the insurance company. Once that was settled, his team was quick and efficient with the project. My solar panels were removed in a day, the roof replacement started the next day and finished the same day, then after a couple of days, my solar panels were back on. Everything was done very well and I did not have to ask the workers to do anything different. They did a very good job of laying out tarp to catch all of the debris. I was pleasantly surprised with the lack of nails that I found throughout the perimeter of my house. This is the second experience I have had with replacing my roof and I would definitely recommend and use Priority Roofing again. They made the job stress free and they worked hard to make sure my insurance company took care of me. Brandon is a top notch project lead and an overall good person.

Our experience with Priority Roofing was great. Joy, our sales rep was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and very attentive to our needs. Joy came out to inspect our roof for storm damage. She was very thorough in her inspection and detailed in her reporting to us, including photos. She handled everything from the inspection to the final walk through after the roof and gutters were installed. She keep us informed each step of the process and what to expect with our insurance claim. The roofing team and gutter installation team did a very good job. The quality of the materials used were as discussed. We recommend this company for any roofing needs.

We just recently had our roof replaced by Priority Roofing and I would rate the experience as a 10 out of 10. I had the pleasure of working with Gabriel Hawthorne and he did not disappoint. Gabriel was a professional throughout the whole experience, always on time to appointments, and almost immediately returned all my calls. From the beginning to end he made the process seamless from dealing with the insurance company, the inspector, and managing the crew during the roof replacement. I got no complaints, and this was my first major homeowners claim after many years of paying premiums. Job well done Gabriel.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Pushy sales tactics, phony “faith-based” marketing Priority Roofing sent out a rep who practically begged for a sale. When I finally agreed to meet just to be polite, the rep (Jonah) spent half the visit talking about how his manager is a pastor and how they’re a “Christian company.” It felt less like a professional sales pitch and more like a Sunday morning sales sermon — a clumsy gimmick to create credibility and trust. When I later told them they were wasting their time and I wasn’t interested, the tone flipped. The manager Gabriel who had been friendly suddenly became defensive and hostile, sending angry follow-up messages. If a company’s sales strategy is to hide behind religion while harassing prospects, that says a lot about how they operate. Whether they do good roofing or not, this kind of manipulative sales approach and emotional pressure is a red flag. There are plenty of roofers out there who earn trust through professionalism, not by name-dropping pastors and pretending holiness is a business model.

We have an older house with a very old roof that has continued to be damaged over the years. We’ve talked to many roofers, and talked to our insurance many times, always being turned down and then getting cash quotes for a roof that we can’t afford. This past summer I received a call from a company setting up appointments for Priority Roofing and I went ahead and booked a free estimate with them just to get another opinion. Gustavo came to my door at the set time, and I told him to give me a quote, and insurance wouldn’t cover it because we’d done this many times. From that moment on he took us on as his own personal challenge, and I’m so grateful he did. He promised me he’d deliver, and he did! Gustavo and Zion have worked tirelessly with our insurance company and actually got coverage! After 10 years, of everyone else accepting we couldn’t get coverage, they wouldn’t take no for an answer, and they fought with full knowledge and confidence that they were right and they’d get it, and they did! They then took the best care of our house and roof, looking at all of our needs and did an excellent job! I'm a retired chemical engineer and project manager from a Fortune 500 company. For over 38 years a normal part of my job was supervising very large construction projects. Multimillion dollar contracts were not at all unusual. I was very comfortable working with my contractors because they had the business acumen and discipline required to get the job done professionally and efficiently. On the personal side I've restored 4 historic homes, doing a large part of the work myself. But I shuddered whenever I had to hire a home improvement contractor. Although they were usually skilled craftsmen, they often lacked the business skills to be called professional. My recent roof replacement with Priority Roofing was the largest personal contract I've ever had. Although I entered into it with some trepidation, my fears were not warranted. Priority came through with excellent communication, efficient workers and great quality. I couldn't have been happier!
