Priority Roofing did a great job replacing my old roof. They found serval places where there was water damage and replaced the damaged wood. The crew chief was great he answered my question and kept me informed on what they were doing. Anthony Allen kept in touch and checked with me regularly making sure I was happy with the work. When done the crew put things that they had to move back and cleaned up the yard making sure to pickup any nails. I will recommend them to anyone needing a new roof. Gary Taylor

Paul was very professional, fun to talk to, and easy to work with. He handled everything that needed to be done, including some tricky negotiations with the insurance company. On the day of the roof replacement, Clem and Mario R. along with the rest of the crew showed up very early and briefed us on what they and the crew were going to do. Everything went exactly as they said it would and we now have the best looking roof in the neighborhood.

I was initially skeptical about doing business with Priority Roofing as well as any other roofing company. Usually its all about the money with little or no regards about the job being done well. I am pleased to say that Priority Roofing proved me to be wrong; including the representative Shak. He went over and beyond his job responsibilities. This company definitely deserves a five star rating from me and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof.

I had my roof fence and siding repaired by priority roofing. Everything was done in one day. There was a later day that Nick came to double, check.Everything was done and done correctly. Everyone was very cordial , sweet and attentive to the safety of our family. I also recommended them to my son for a plumbing issue.That was also quickly taken care of. I will quickly recommend this company to anyone and all.

This was the easiest experience that I’ve had with a roofing company. Anthony Allen inspected my roof, met with adjuster and next thing you know. My roof was approved by insurance to get replaced! My roof is complete. Anthony Allen was on site while the roof replacement was being done. He explained and guided me through the whole process. Everyone that worked on my house were thorough and very fast. Anthony Allen was great to do business with. I will definitely be referring him out in the future to anyone needing a new roof. Thank you so much for making this a great and easy experience!🙏

I can not say enough nice things about my experience with Priority Roofing and especially Mike Ahrend who helped me through this whole roofing replacement experience. When I say helped that is putting it mildly, he was literally there every step of the way. I felt like I had a friend helping me file my claim. He was there when the inspector came out, to being there when they actually started putting the roof on and finally making sure I was happy with the end result. Well I love my new roof and the experience I had with Mike Ahrend and Priority Roofing. Ask for Mike if you want exceptional hands on service

Anthony was our main contact and he dealt with insurance, following up with them and coming out for additional appointments and making sure we were happy with our service. Anthony Allen at Priority Roofing was incredible. He was professional informative and friendly. This was my wife and I’s first roof. Anthony came in, sat at our kitchen table and explained the whole process and he didn’t make us feel inferior for not Understanding the process. Not only that but everything he told us was factual and true. Our insurance. our insurance drugged their feet and Anthony was patient and kept in constant contact with us until our claim was approved. Once our claim was approved, he had a crew out within three days. They Tore out the old roof and had the new one installed in about six hours. They used quality materials and experience labor so I’m confident that our roof will last at least 10 years. Having lived in Plano for 50+ years and 5 houses, I have found the perfect combination for a beautiful new roof- Priority Roofing along with Mike Ahrend, my Priority Roofing Contractor. This was "my first time" to actually begin the process of finding a quality roofing company and sort of scary too since there are so many roofing companies available. However, this decision was the BEST! Mike Ahrend was my Contractor with Priority and listened to each concern that I had to work with my insurance provider and actual installation. He guided me through the paperwork, helped me with the choices for roofing and was on-site with me for installation day. The team he brought was on time and committed to providing an excellent roof and cleanup, while checking all details. I was extremely impressed by their quality of work on my chimney area and my highly unusual constructed sky light! And I really appreciated his recommendation and the team for their gutter suggestion which provided much better water drainage. Thanks, guys! If I ever need another quality roof in my lifetime, I'll definitely call Mike and Priority Roofing. This was one of the BEST DECISIONS I have ever made. Thanks again for putting a smile on my face!!!
