Replaced bathroom sink tap
Very good. Engineer came to replace a bathroom sink tap. Took off the old wonky tap, let me clean the limescale off the basin that was around the old tap, before fitting the new tap quickly (and straight!). Engineer was polite and wore slip on rubber soles for his boots so as not to scuff my flooring. Cleaned up afterwards as well. Highly recommended.

Installation of bathroom sink and toilet
I have used Priority Plumbing for many years and have had boilers and new bathrooms installed across multiple properties. I have just had a new bathroom sink and toilet installed by Carl and Ashley and as usual the results are excellent. The team are always so friendly, professional and helpful. I strongly recommend the team for all your plumbing needs.
I can't praise this company highly enough from leaving them a message about my toilet not flushing to having it fixed within 24 hours was absolutely brilliant. Danny was a star. I'd waited 2 weeks to get it fixed by my home emergency and these guys did it in no time with no fuss whatsoever. Thank you so much. I'll definitely be coming to you in the future

Priority have been both professional and informative from the start. From the initial contacts/quote to the final sign off they have been thorough, quick, amazingly none invasive , which is a skill in its own when you are ripping out and replacing a bathroom. All the tradesmen were extremely skilled, effective and discussed any changes thoroughly to find a suitable solution. We are thrilled with the end result but more so with all the team and their skillset, professionalism and respect.
Downstairs toilet refurbishment
Priority Plumbing were excellent in the refurbishment of our downstairs toilet. After helpful discussions with Byron to help our planning, the plumber visited three times as agreed. Firstly, the plumber removed the toilet and sink so that an asbestos floor could be removed by a specialist company. Then, the plumber returned to fit new pipework for a new sink and re-install the toilet and finally returned to fit the new vanity unit. They were punctual, efficient, good value for money and the work was completed to a high standard, would highly recommend.
Byron and his team recently installed a combi boiler in my flat. From the initial survey all the way through to completion of the project, the level of service is exceptional and couldn't be happier with the result. Very reasonable price and remained honest throughout, will definitely be using again. Thanks guys!
