I received very good service from John Wooderson at Printfix. He can out to me the day that I called and tried for a while to resolve the printing problem I was having. When he was unable to resolve it completely, the printer in question being an old model, he took it away to work on it back at his workshop. He brought it back a few days later, improved but it was beyond repair. However he gave me very useful advice as to the type of printer that would best suit my needs. I would have no hesitation in recommending John to anyone who has a printer problem as his work is first class and his charges reasonable.

John came and installed waste ink absorber pads in my Epson XP860. Epson says that this isn't a user-serviceable action, and watching John do the change I'm not sure that I could have done it, even if I'd known how. John came at the agreed time, went straight into action, and the job was done quickly (as quickly as possible, that is) and effectively. I'll definitely use John in future - this is the second job he has done for me, and I've been pleased both times.Great job, John!
