A great service - the printer is as good as new or maybe even better! Booking by phone was easy and friendly. John arrived in a branded jacket, immediately took his shoes off (without being asked) and was polite, professional and fixed the printer without leaving any mess. We were delighted. Thank you!

John came and installed waste ink absorber pads in my Epson XP860. Epson says that this isn't a user-serviceable action, and watching John do the change I'm not sure that I could have done it, even if I'd known how. John came at the agreed time, went straight into action, and the job was done quickly (as quickly as possible, that is) and effectively. I'll definitely use John in future - this is the second job he has done for me, and I've been pleased both times.Great job, John!
