I purchased a converted DTF printer and kit worth ₹1 lakh and received it within a week. Everything is working perfectly, and I'm really impressed with their loyal and humble service. Though I faced some minor issues initially, Mr. Anan guided me through a video call and resolved them quickly. Truly excellent support and a trustworthy experience! Highly recommend their service.
Pathetic after Sales service. Their digital Meter broke after 10 months of usage and on ordering new one they would charge 2.5k for new meter and send all different meters everytime. When ask for technical assistance their technician remains out of town or sometimes even out of country. On following up numerous times they would stop giving any response. They just want to import equipment from China and sell it.
