When I received the print the image was faded and the colours didn't show up like in the photo I have sent for them to print. When I raised this issue, I was asked to provide photos of the print. I've sent the photos and I haven't received a reply on how they could assist on it. It is unprofesional. Even if they might've thought that there wasn't any major issues with it, it would've been nice to receive an explanation on why they have to refuse any refund or exhange of another print.
