I can not rave enough about Princess Plumbing. This year we required their services on two different occasions. Both times they delivered service above expectations - they were communicative prior to the appointment, during and after the appointment. I appreciated the detailed in-home assessment, shared with care and intent to educate as well as illicit consent for services. This clarity followed with detailed notes in the invoice. On both occasions, the primary issue was addressed completely in an efficient manner with bonus tips on how to prevent the issues going forward and better care for our plumbing / heating home system. Outstanding service! Princess Plumbing went above and beyond to help fix our plumbing issues and even helped with our refrigerator even though it wasn't her specialty. She walked through all of the steps taken and took the time explain what was happening and note down what she did. Professional, efficient, and very communicative, I would highly recommend.

Mahara from Princess Plumbing did a fantastic job removing the old sink & faucet and installing a new bigger sink and faucet. She is very professional, prompt, knowledgeable and helpful. Over the years we have had many plumbing repairs and/or renovations performed by many different plumbers. Our recent experience ( Jan 20-2025 ) with Princess Plumbing was second to none, and if truth be told, way better than all of our previous experiences with plumbers. Licensed, experienced, professional, communicative, pleasant, punctual, and above all easy to deal with.....we can't wait until we have another plumbing issue so we can call Princess Plumbing in again !
Mahara is the best! It's always a bit nervewracking hiring somebody to come into your home and fix things, but Princess Plumbing took away all of that stress. They were prompt, easy to communicate with, super clean and respectful of the space, and took the time to explain the issues and solutions. You can tell that they're an expert problem solver, which is something you need in a plumber! Will definitely be hiring Princess Plumbing again in the future (although I hope it's for a reno and not a leak or something ;)
Princess Plumbing was one of the best plumber experiences Ive had. They were on time, worked fast and was 100% honest with cost breakdown and what my issues were. There was no deceiving. The work done was done well, I have zero complaints and will be recommending them to everyone. Already scheduled my next hot water tank service.

I am mostly driven to write reviews out of frustration due to poor service, so it is with pleasure that I find myself writing a glowing review, as an experience where one is deserved is so rare.
It is a minefield sorting through the dross of people professing to offer value and competence, particularly with emergency plumbing, since the risk of hard upselling and setup for catastrophic sabotage is high.
Princess plumbing is run by a young enterprising sole trader. Her response was immediate, rates reasonable, even for emergency plumbing. She was upfront about charges, potential charges, and breakdown of costs, which is surprisingly rare. She was punctual and communicative about the issue. No hard upsell on unnecessary work, responsive to the immediate problem. All costs were openly itemized.
But above all, that rare of all rare qualities amongst workpeople, especially plumbers, she cleaned up as she went along, leaving her work area, ..well, pretty much spotlessly clean. She even did a courtesy follow-up to ensure the fix was sustained without issue. What more could you ask? I highly recommend her.
