I found Primo online and was impressed by their reviews. I needed to have some substantial work done to replace rusted suspension parts in a 2006 Infiniti M35X that I wanted to keep, even with its 187,000 miles. Carlos & company gave me a quote, and while it might have been cheaper to just unload the car, I got the car back in great shape. The job was done fairly quickly, despite Primo receiving an incorrect subframe in the middle of the work. I was very happy dealing with Primo. Carlos, whom I spoke to often, was very good about getting back to me and keeping me apprised. And Jade, in the office, was a pleasure to deal with. I'd recommend Primo to anyone looking for a professional and competent body shop.

Excellent service, great work. Carlos does the QA and told me he wasn't satisfied with the initial end result and will take another day to make it right. It was worth the additional day, looks brand new! He even buffed some imperfections for free. Highly recommended.

Best repair shop I’ve ever been to. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When dealing with Carlos he gave me the best advice on how to handle my repair and walked me through the entire process. He get my car back to me in less time then I expected. He was helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend him and the shop to anyone who needs a repair shop.
