I contacted Stefan at Prime Windscreens regarding the replacement of a rear window on an older vehicle. Stefan coordinated with VW; however their quotation was excessively high. He then proposed sourcing a suitable replacement from a breakers yard. Stefan successfully located, collected, and installed the part. Throughout the process, he was professional, punctual, courteous and kept us informed from beginning to end.

Really happy with service from Prime Windscreens. Stefan responded to my query quickly and fitted the new screen within 48 hours outside my home, despite being rained off on the first day. Price was reasonable and screen looks exactly the same but cleaner and without a big crack. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The best company I found when my car was broken into. He was really knowledgeable and he quoted me a fair price. Replaced and cleaned all the excess broken glass in an hour. Hopefully I won’t need to see this company again but if I do, I know where to go

Very professional and quick service! Called them on a Thursday afternoon and they were fitting my windscreen on my driveway by Friday midday!
Very friendly team and such a quick job - was all done in an hour! So convenient that they come to your house so you don’t have to drive anywhere!
