I had a new AC/HEAT unit installed 3 1/2 yrs ago and they did a great job. Now the heater died and they came as soon as they could. Glen was very courteous and professional but unfortunate for me the unit could not be fixed, needs a new hearing unit.

He was very respectful of my property, taking his shoes off as he came in and out. I’ve been using Prime Time Cooling for over a decade. I would recommend them to anyone. They serviced my original system, then replaced that one in 2016. I will continue to use them as occasional issues come up. A+ service.
